Precious Jack has gone to the Rainbow Bridge... He was adopted by a loving family who gave Jack the best of care. He was cherished during their time together.  Jack was blessed to have a special family who welcomed him into their home despite his medical issues.  Special thanks to Jack's family for giving him a second chance at happiness.
